You’ll get audio to approve before release
Karen will say hello, check audio and video, and remind you that everything can be edited so there’s no pressure to get it perfect. She’ll encourage you to just hop into the conversation, and she’ll naturally catch up with you during the recording. It’s often a great way for listeners to feel included and get comfortable with you, too.
She’ll introduce you and ease into the conversation.
You’ll dive into your story, experiences, and perspectives
She’ll thank you and officially end the recording
You’ll both have a short debrief chat off-air.
60 minutes (including pre- and post-chat)
Pick a calm, interruption-free space
Use wired headphones if possible for clean audio
If using Wi-Fi, be close to the router
Silence notifications on devices
Make sure your mic or laptop mic sounds clear

You’ll receive a link to review the episode audio before it’s published
Karen’s team will write your bio and episode description, edits can be made after publishing so feel free to make any adjustments
Once finalized, the episode will be scheduled for a future date
